GXGX 2026 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

To open a GXGX 2026 account and access our gaming and betting services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration — this is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

GXGX 2026 reserves the right to request documentary verification of this information at any time — including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds documentation — in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant regulatory authorities.

Your GXGX 2026 account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise made available to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all deposits, bets, withdrawals, and bonus redemptions, whether or not they were made with your knowledge or consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. GXGX 2026 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service and enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify GXGX 2026 support immediately. GXGX 2026 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or failed to notify GXGX 2026 in a timely manner.

Account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). GXGX 2026 does not charge fees for maintaining an account. Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction of ₱50 after a 30-day prior written notice is sent to the registered email address.

GXGX 2026 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Minimum deposit: ₱100 for most payment methods. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and account verification level — verified accounts may access higher limits. Deposit limits can also be set voluntarily by the player through the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes for amounts below ₱50,000. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification, source of funds verification, or wagering requirement checks before processing. GXGX 2026 will communicate clearly if additional information is required and will process the withdrawal promptly once all requirements are satisfied.

GXGX 2026 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by GXGX 2026 carry a standard wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱7,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

Qualifying Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots and jackpot games contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 20%, and sports betting single bets contribute 50%. Parlay / accumulator sports bets of 3 or more legs contribute 100%. GXGX 2026 reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable notice.

Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins awarded by GXGX 2026 expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation. Players are encouraged to check their active bonuses and expiry dates in the account promotions section regularly.

Refer a Friend Program: The GXGX 2026 Refer a Friend reward of ₱500 per qualifying referral is credited as real, withdrawable funds — not bonus funds — once the referred friend completes a qualifying first deposit of at least ₱200 using the referrer's unique link. Wagering requirements do not apply to Refer a Friend rewards. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and coordinated fake registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at GXGX 2026 are eligible for the current welcome offer, which is displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility is limited to one per person, household, device, and IP address. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with other first-deposit offers unless specifically stated.

The decision of GXGX 2026 following a full review, consistent with PAGCOR dispute guidelines, is final.

Players using GXGX 2026 are expected to behave in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including exploiting bonuses or promotions.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games, place bets, or interact with the GXGX 2026 platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of live dealer games or sports events.

• A regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority requires the action;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to GXGX 2026, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting GXGX 2026 support. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

GXGX 2026 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access. While we target 99.9% platform uptime and maintain redundant infrastructure, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

GXGX 2026's total liability to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the player's verified account balance at the time of the incident. GXGX 2026 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including but not limited to missed betting opportunities due to technical issues, losses resulting from delayed or failed payment processing by third-party providers, or decisions made based on inaccurate game or odds information where the error was promptly corrected.

Nothing in these Terms limits GXGX 2026's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

GXGX 2026 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, platform features, or business operations. When material changes are made, GXGX 2026 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file and via a prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or formatting updates — may be made without notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of GXGX 2026 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising under or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. GXGX 2026 operates under the jurisdiction of PAGCOR and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a player and GXGX 2026 that cannot be resolved through our standard support channels, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Players may contact PAGCOR directly through official PAGCOR channels as a last resort where internal resolution has not been achieved.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
